Pre req: Ability to swim 100m un-aided continuous freestyle, best suited to 2:15 - 3 min per 100m.

 6 week Starter Bootcamp is great for the novice Triathlete or those who really struggle with the swimming leg of the Tri.

  • Learn the key non-negotiable's of freestyle

  • Improve stroke efficiency and lower your effort level

  • Develop a stroke that is sustainable and scalable

  • Practice water skills circuits incl open water skill intro

  • Progressive distance challenge that will help you ‘manage’ distance with a smarter swimming head

Including 6 x 55 min pool sessions, technique and conditioning work, pre-course awareness material, swim plans, training terminology, post program guidance.
