JH Racing Coaching is a proven platform over more than 25 years experience in a system of coaching that works. Each and every year we successfully coach our people to their goals, whether it is to get them to the Hawaii Ironman World Championships or an ITU world champs, or help beginners improve to a any level of their choice. John Hill, the head coach, has a wealth of experience and has qualified for Hawaii Ironman every year since 1993 and is proud to boast that he has coached people with little experience to get to their goals by simply by being coached to be smart and within their capabilities and beyond.

iMOVE Physiotherapy

At iMove Physiotherapy and The Running Room we love treating active individuals. Our main goal is to keep people swimming, riding and running at their peak performance. If an injury or niggle does pop up then we're keen to keep you moving and get you back to a full training load as soon as possible. Our 1 on 1 consultations ensure you receive the best treatment that is tailored to your injury or condition. No matter if it's your ankle, knee, back or shoulder we're here to help. Clinics are in Clovelly, Rozelle, Miranda and Panania.

All BRAT members get their first 2 treatments (physiotherapy and/or massage) at 50% discount and receive a $20 discount on specialised running assessments.

Total Immersion™ Master Coach Claire Owen has 30 years of teaching and learning experience.  When it comes to coaching swimming she is passionate about the quality of your experience, and strives to ensure continuous improvement in all her swimmers.  
She has a competitive swimming history, competing at National level in the UK; 17 years of high energy physical education teaching and coaching in Hong Kong, competing in Biathlon and playing International rugby, and now resides in Sydney sharing her passion for life long learning and her love of swimming!
